Seawatch is one of the most desirable condominium complex on Marco Island. Designed as garden style condos there are only 2 levels to each building with designated parking directly in front of each unit. Seawatch is a smaller complex with only 80 units. Owners take pride in the beautiful grounds and well-maintained pool area.

Seawatch is located directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Public access with a wide brick path maintained by the JW Marriott is located one half block south of Seawatch. The private members only residents beach with chickee huts on the beach and a beautiful facilities building with a walk up breakfast and lunch bar is a quick walk or drive 1 block north of Seawatch.
